OUR HISTORY

Advance Pest Management was established on 10th April, 2011 by Mr. Tee Pui Lai. Graduated from University of Science Malaysia with degree in Urban Entomology, Mr. Tee has excellent knowledge on insects’ biology & treatment method & years of experiences in the pest control industry.

APM has 3 core values: Advance (A) approaches, Professional (P) services & Money (M) concern, through these 3 core values, we work closely together, not just among ourselves, but also with our clients, to provide excellent pest control services at all time.

Techinical team - Service technical teams are trained with lastest pest info, methodology & chemical knowledge to provide exceptional pest management services. Following health and safety guidelines - the safety, health & environment of customer premise is given top priority when we carry out our pest control services. (Advance approaches)

Administration team - Customer satisfaction is the important, to ensure that, our service admin will always keep in touch with our clients through follow up & service appointments, understanding our client expectation & needs at all time. (Professional services)

Marketing team - Well-trained from classroom to the field, our marketing executives are capable of providing on-site pest control advices to assist customer. When giving a service quote, they will also take concern of client budget at all time. (Money concern)
